Using the EIM 630-465 PLUS means that high currents such as fuel solenoid power are isolated from the control panel, allowing for individual protection of each circuit.

how to install ?
Make sure the MPU (Magnetic Pickup) is installed correctly.
Unscrew and pull out the magnetic pickup located near the engine flywheel
Check the magnetic tip and make sure it is clean and of debris.
Screw in the MPU until the tip touches the top of the flywheel teeth.
Back the magnetic pickup 1/2 to 3/4 turn.
Turn the ten-turn potentiometer five to seven turns clockwise, or until you feel a slight click, representing the full span of the potentiometer.
Start the genset and you will notice the overspeed calibration LED illuminate.
Slowly turn the potentiometer counterclockwise until the LED just goes off.
Once the LED goes off, start slowly turning the potentiometer back clockwise until the LED starts blinking.
