My favorite way to fix this drink: 1.5c of 1% Organic Milk 1.5 scoops of SlimFast Powder 1 scoop of Ancient Nutrition's Collagen 1 capful of Real Vanilla Extract 1 scoop Sucralose (if you like it sweeter) 1/2 Banana or 1/4cup Peanut Butter Place all ingredients in mixer of choice %26 blend. Add ice if desired. As mixed above, drink has: w/Vanilla Extract: 392 kcal %26 39g PRO or w/Vanilla Extract %26 Peanut Butter: 582 kcal %26 46g PRO I often drink 1/2 %26 leave 1/2 for another time during the day. I actually use this when I'm making a smoothie with my fruit and yogurt so that I'm getting all of the vitamins and minerals that my body needs because I don't typically eat enough of everything!! It actually tastes so good that my son used to use it to make himself milkshakes as a teenager and if you have a very picky eater who's not eating enough of a variety then you might consider mixing this up with some milk (whatever kind you prefer) and you can then add some vanilla ice cream to keep it plain or whatever you prefer if you're just trying to up your vitamins and minerals in a meal like form!!
