This SAVED my son! he is sick with strep and having really horrible stomach pain. he was pacing back and forth, writhing in pain! I almost took him to the ER. I have serious gastritis, so my opinion doesn't apply to all. I LOVE this stuff and can't stop eating. For mild stomach problems or those using this along with something else, then it might be very helpful. My stomach pain is mostly my fault since suffering from serious Chronic Fatigue I take caffeine shots (Walmart's beats the price of Costco) and that could cause stomach problems. I still think most will LOVE this product and do recommend it
