This Desitin isn't just for baby diaper rash, i was gonna the all in one Desitin but it wasn't available so i got this maximum strength and used it for the diaper rash %26 the rashes over my baby's body (Will attach a picture of the rashes) and it dried them up. I use it once a day for his body rashes ( only @night) then moisturise his skin well in the morning to avoid ove rdrying his skin. I totally recommend it.

as a mom of 10 this is the best diaper cream out there. zink is what sets this apart. with 40% zink it will zap a diaper rash away overnight. I've used this for years and tried dozens of diaper creams on the market. Nothing comes close to this especially for a sick baby bottom rash. for extra I will put this on first and something like aquifer over it to help water proof it even more for those acidic diarrhea days. this is the best out there. every kon should have it.
