Great for Roasting Veggies %26 Baking Pizza
I use it for baking broccoli, zucchini, and other vegetables. I've found that they turn out crispier if sliced thinly. Smaller pieces of broccoli can get slightly burnt, which actually enhances the flavor compared to regular boiled broccoli. I also used this pan once for baking pizza, and it worked well. The non-stick coating is effective, and it's easy to wash by hand. However, it doesn't fit in my dishwasher due to its size.

ive never had one because I'd eaten prepared pozzas. I was surprised howeasy it was to put a frozen pizza on. this pan, put it in the oven and Bingo, it was ready. Clelaning it is simple land easy. I'm not an experienced cook, and this pan did the job.
