easily put in a water bottle full of COLD water...I use 2 pks of powder and shake it to mix well. it does not taste gritty...doesnt separate to the bottom. I cant do without these Iv Water and Vitamin pkgs. There are several vitamin and electrolyte combinations. Read on the box....I use the one that hydrates (absorbs) 2 xs faster. I highly recommend, and it has replace regular needle IV electrolytes. the good part is the great taste of the different flavors. there is also one at least that is sugar free. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
