Let me just start by saying I grew up drinking powdered milk and I hated it! Ugh! Gross!! I do however like to cook with it! If you like to make cream of anything and you don't have milk, this stuff works! Cream of tomato soup? Toss this in! Cream of chicken, yup toss it in. Creamy potato soup, yeah add this to it. If you want to make your dry ranch salad dressing mix you can make it with this. You want to make your own HB helper from scratch, you can add this to your dry sauce mix. It's also good for coffee if you want milk in it. There are so many uses for this powdered milk besides drinking it as milk. I got it to use during hurricane season in an emergency and I've been using it nonstop ever since.

Fantastic! With the prices were so high for milk I tried this powdered milk and was pleasantly surprised at how good it taste and how well it worked in cooking. Sometimes I'll go 50-50 with powdered milk and regular milk for drinks but for the most part I don't have anything but water.
