Warranty information
All Categories Inc is pleased to offer this limited warranty for planters and plant pots to the original purchaser. This warranty is valid only for Products purchased directly from All Categories Inc or an authorized retailer. 1. Warranty Coverage: The Company warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original purchaser. 2. What Is Covered: This warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship of the Products. It includes, but is not limited to, cracks, breakage, or any other manufacturing defects that may affect the normal use of the Product. 3. What Is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover: a. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling of the Products. b. Normal wear and tear. c. Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters. d. Alterations or modifications made to the Products without prior written consent from the Company. 4. Making a Warranty Claim: To make a warranty claim, the Customer must: a. Contact All Categories Customer Service within the Warranty Period. b. Provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the place of purchase. c. Describe the nature of the defect and, if possible, provide photographs. 5. Remedies: Upon validation of a warranty claim, the Company, at its sole discretion, will: a. Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product. b. Provide a refund for the purchase price of the defective Product (if the Purchase was made in Walmart Store, the process will be make it on Walmart Customer Service Department. 6. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Product. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Products.
