They are light, look good, and most importantly they are comfortable. I don't run but I do walk a lot. They are great shoes for walking and running. But all of the more standard "mesh" sneakers I've worn have not had this effect. It feels like these are doing some of the running for me, and I'm not exaggerating. Worth it #sweepstakes
