Great for muscle aches
I have very bad leg cramps at night. My daughter bought this for me and I cannot tell you how much it has helped relieve the pains at night. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has leg cramps. The lavender smell is also very relaxing. The roller ball applicator provides massage therapy also. I have the “Cool”, “Warm” and “Nighttime” varieties. Also have used on my shoulders and knees. I've bought several tubes so I'll never run out. Highly recommend this product.
