Excellent!
R-lipoic acid in itself acts as an indispensable factor for many enzymes involved in energy production. It also has properties such as powerful antioxidant effects that support the health of the liver, brain, nervous system and eye. I take 1 capsule per day in the morning on an empty stomach. The quality is on top, and is also satisfied with the dosage of 100 Mg.
