Great dress from Walmart! Cotton poplin and giving a JCrew vibe. The smocked area does run very fitted but does stretch so if you don't like tops too fitted, I would size up. I am 5'4” and 130lbs and went with a medium. I wear a 36D bra and might have gone up one size but it would have made the skirt part too big. Still, a great dress. The brown is great color.
