I HAD THE 60 OZ. ONE BUT BECAUSE I HAD TO PLAY MUSICAL CHAIRS WITH HOUSING %26 STORE ALL OF MY POSSESSIONS IN 2 DIFFERENT STORAGE FACILITIES. I'VE SINCE GOT MY OWN APARTMENT %26 ALLOWED TO HAVE PETS. decent product but not enough filter replacements

pretty easy to put together if you read the instructions. it is a little loud even when water level is full. you need to include more than 1 or 2 filters of both kinds or at least link the refills so it's easier to order the correct ones since you have to change the one every week and not every 2 weeks. the bowl gets dirty faster than you would think

It is important to mention that though filter lifespan will vary based on use, it is extremely unusual to need to change the filter so quickly. Most customer change their carbon filter every 2-4 weeks, and their foam filter every 1-3 months. The carbon filters can be found here-https://www.walmart.com/ip/Premier-Pet-Replacement-Carbon-Filters-for-Dog-and-Cat-Fountains-Pack-of-4/690076004The model number for the foam filters is GAC00-16291.If your fountain is becoming dirty very quickly, this could be an indicator of saliva buildup within the pump. If you have not yet done so, we would recommend disassembling your fountain for cleaning, and also fully disassembling the pump into four pieces as shown in your manual. Cleaning the pump should help reduce residue within the fountain. If you have any difficulties cleaning the pump, finding filters, or have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact our live support team.
