I am 5'11 and found this chair was limited in the height adjustment. It is a decent chair for small spaces. The wheels roll well and I've found it easy to move around on carpeting. It comes with a lot of pieces but if you take your time I found it easy to put together. It's a firm chair. I sit on a cushion to give me a bit more height and comfort. You can't beat it for this price.
