I have a rescue dog terrified whenever I went to snap on her leash. She came out of most except that. This short lead I can pick it up and snap on the leash with to cowering. She had chewed a couple of others I had on her. This one is lasting. Made a huge difference. Don't know what happened to her, but glad to ease that fright in her life.
