Buyer beware of this chair %26 seller!

I did my due diligence before ordering from a 3rd party. Thank goodness I took a screen shot of the info listed. These were free returns by mail or in store within 15 days of delivery so We ordered 1 set of chairs to see them in person and loved them. So we ordered 3 more sets to complete my dining table. The 3 sets that shipped were same color, different chair. The first set was a complete chair minus needing to screw in the legs. The next 3 sets came in multiple pieces and the nailhead rows were uneven and the chairs really lacked in quality compared to the 1st set I received. When I reached out they did assure me same it's the same chair but They had changed the design. That's Not the same chair! They offered me a discount to keep the chairs, but it wasn't what I expected or had ordered. They even asked me to locally try to resell them or gift them instead of wanting me to return them- I was shocked! After I emailed them and informed them I had immediately returned the 3 sets of the chairs because they were different they removed the spot to initiate a return from my order page for my 1st order. Yes, seriously they did! Now it only said contact seller as an option so I did but now they won't reply back. I contacted Walmart today and they are stepping in to help get this resolved. This seller also operates under multiple business names, so make sure to look into the business info before you order this chair from any seller out there!!!
