PowerStep Pinnacle High Arch Supporting Full Length Orthotic Shoe Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis & Supination

I got my insoles a little over a month ago. Before these insoles the tops of my feet were killing me for months. It got to the point where even the smallest amount of time on my feet caused pain long after I was off them. But these insoles relieved that pain from the first few days wearing them. I waited a month to write the review to see if the relief was a fluke or going to last, and it has definitely lasted! I have extremely high arches - and my old insoles catered to that, but apparently did not have enough support to prevent supination. From day one I could feel a BIG difference in support from my old ones to these. And like I said, immediate results with my pain relief. The one thing I would say to be prepared for is the "adjustment period" (which I believe they mention). After day 1 of wearing them, my ENTIRE BODY ached. Your feet really do affect your entire body and how you stand/move, so all my muscles were sore adjusting to the new support. But nothing an aleve didn't help and it went away within a day or two. Definitely recommend! Especially if you have very high arches. It provides the extra support needed to prevent supination too just like it advertises!
