JoyJolt 8-in Chef Knife High Carbon Steel Kitchen Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my old chef knife and I'm impressed. It's a much higher quality knife that's still affordable. It came to me razor sharp and it keeps its edge much longer than a softer steel knife. The handle is comfortable and well weighted, it's balanced in your hand. It cleans easily too and nothing gets stuck anywhere in the handle or blade. It sharpens easily and doesn't show any signs of wear after several weeks of use. Great knife.

It chopped, minced, diced, and sliced everything smoothly and with ease. The handle is comfortable even after the marathon prep work for the big meal.
