This is an awesome tent. I have five kids so we usually take a couple tents camping - but this one fits all of us (even though the older ones take their own tent). It's made very well, with reinforced seams and zippers. It weighs about 40 pounds but it feels heavier to me. It's not hard to set up, just like any other tent. You will need two people to set this up, my husband and I set up it without any issues. The instructions aren't the greatest, but if you're used to setting up tents, it's not difficult to figure out. It is quite versatile since it has an attached shelter; it can be used as another sleeping room, or a dining area. The walls in this area roll up and you can fit quite a lot in 70 square feet. The sleeping area is 20'x7' and also 70 square feet with nice, large windows. There are hooks in the roof to hang lights. The main cabin has a large zippered door. The tent comes with a bag but good luck getting it back into the bag.

I was a bit hesitant when it came to this tent because I've only used Coleman brand tents. However I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of this tent is the same, if not better than all my previous Coleman tents! I absolutely love that there is n attached screen porch, so nice to have a secure place at night for our outdoor belongings. Another thing I look for in tents is the “tub like” floor, where the tarp-like floor of the tent curls around to the side a few inches. I didn't experience any rain when I used this tent but that's always a good feature to have in case of heavy rain. The only downfall is the instructions were a little confusing, and I needed help setting the tent up. Definitely not a one person job. Overall, the stitching, zippers, and overall quality of this tent surpasses my expectations and I can't wait for the snow to melt to use it more.
