I know a lot of people think that certain brands sometimes makes a difference when it comes to baking and I’m here to tell you that I have used great value for a long time and I’ve used different brands of flour. I’ve paid more because I thought it would be better, but honestly, I have found no difference in the quality of my cooking using the Great Value brand flour. I am definitely a fan of the Great Value Brand and recommended to anyone. I have found that most of their products are comparable to namebrand products and economical to. So unless you just have the money to spend and it doesn’t matter because money is not a problem, but if you are thrifty but don’t want to sacrifice flavor and quality, I recommend using the Great Quality brand.
