The packaging is great because it shows exactly what it does for your body. The taste is very similar to grass so if you don't like that or don't have a strong stomach, I wouldn't recommend this. But the benefits are great. It definitely does help you sleep helps you focus. It helps with your stomach issues. You have to stay consistent with this for you to actually see what it does. I've been using. Greens every single day for the last six months to a year and 100% see the benefits! I will be using this every single day. It's one I recommend you chug. Do not stop in the middle of the drink or you probably. But overall great product great benefits very happy!
