The nonstick coating is no joke.

I had a single Blue Diamond 8" skillet. love the quality, qnd the way it releases anything cooked in it, while being safe for metal utensils and "forever chemical" free are the main reasons I love it. I was just thinking of an additional, larger, skillet, but for a bit more than twice the price of that, I found this set. VERY glad I did. all the pieces perform just as well.

Absolutely the best so far! Recently just got a gas stove and I’ve been trying to learn my way around it lol but the temperature burned right through my other pots and pans made the handles extremely hot, etc. We spent 20 minutes in the aisle and decided to give one pan a try….
