Before receiving this product, I had no idea what biochar was or how it worked. Naturally, I did some research and here's what I found: Biochar is a stable, porous, carbon-rich material that improves soil structure, increases water retention, enhances nutrient availability, and helps sequester carbon in the soil for extended periods. Just looking at the soil straight out of the bag, I could tell it was rich in nutrients. I used it on both my indoor plants and some in my yard. After using it, I noticed my plants required less frequent watering, had better nutrient absorption, and showed more vibrant, resilient growth. This product is packed with nutrients and promotes soil aeration, drainage, and nutrient uptake to help houseplants flourish. What makes the Biochar Booster unique is that it's a living soil fortified with beneficial fungi and microbes to encourage healthy root development and lush foliage. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just looking at this soil out of the bag I could tell it was very rich in nutrients. I had planned on using it for some new potted plants at first, but I noticed that the new hydrangeas I just planted in the yard were dying. I saw that this soil said it added carbon to the soil and was packed with nutrients. So, I poured the soil all around my new hydrangeas in hopes of saving them. It's been a week and I just took pictures of new buds! It looks like they will live and thrive. I don't know if that is only because of the Rosy soil but it sure did seem to help! I will keep using this one. It's a great soil!
