I live in Alaska, so warm clothes are important...

These socks though not super thick are very warm, and inside of a lined boot they are going to be awesome. I was concerned that they would be too thin and not very useful, but they are great and I'd recommend them for anyone living in a cold climate.

Sakkas Women's Poly Blend Soft and Stretchy Crew Pattern Socks Assorted

Love these stretchy colorful socks. Someone said they didn't think they would last that long. Don't know how long they are supposed to last, but when they do wear out, I am going back for some of the other colors and designs. These are really happy socks.

Perfect Plain White Socks

For some reason, lately I haven't been able to find the plain, old white socks I like so much lately. Found these online, and tried them out. I really like them! They are long enough to cover a bit of leg, but much shorter than knee-length, about halfway up the calf, I would say. They are very plain, no special pattern in the knit or anything. But just perfect if all you need is plain white socks that fit and look great.
