I purchased two frames only one worked. quality material looks nice quality stuff. this frame is electric but is run by a remote control which has to be paired to the motor only one worked and worked well I gave it three Stars because only one bed worked and I purchased installation which was Angie's and he failed to read the installation manual when asked if they worked he said he didn't know that he didn't work with electricity and besides he didn't have the batteries to put in the remote control that experience all around not like Walmart but by its affiliates I am not tech savvy and the seller Concetta doesn't answer phones or emails sent me a text with directions on repairing the bedframes remote s again no luck I text them back no answer it's just a hassle one I was trying to avoid!
