Very good Vent Hood

The R-100 is a very good vent hood and costs much less than many on the market, like Kitchenaid, Bosch, GE etc. Order with the charcoal filters as it helps with fish cooking smells and other strong odors. Easy set up and operation. Looks great in our new kitchen.

Excellent Hood

This is a very stylish hood. We chose not to have it vented, and it works great. It really tied together our new kitchen. I've used the hood several times searing steaks with just the charcoal filters and didn't set off the smoke alarm! The integrated lighting is the perfect color temperature, around 5, 000K which is what we went with for the rest of our kitchen design. Install was relatively easy the directions were good, has not fallen down on anyone's head and I don't expect it to. The satin stainless is easy to clean, and we get many compliments on it from friends and family alike. If I was ever getting a kitchen I would highly recommend this model for price and value.

Excellent range hood insert

Easy to install and powerful with dual fans; has a clean look, and will blend in with any kitchen style. For the insert cutout, measure 3 times, cut once! I made 2 cardboard templates, one with cutout dimensions and another with the larger finished dimensions showing the location of installation screws. This helped a lot. Finally, I installed this myself using a platform of wooden boxes and packing boards above my stove to gradually raise the insert into place. Slow but low anxiety! 68 year old granny here.
