I want to be 100% honest about my review so here we go. I was excited when I came across this sectional on Walmart‘s website from the pictures. It looked like it would be something comfortable, great quality, and a great bang for my buck. However, that wasn't at all what I got. Once I received the sectional, I unboxed all six boxes because it's a six piece sectional.. once I assembled the first piece I immediately saw that the quality was very cheap. Once you sat on it. It stayed wrinkled up. I was very unhappy so I reached out via email to the provider and they assisted me with offering me $140 credit so I thought OK. They're willing to work with me and give me some money back but then as I continue to put the pieces of the sectional together, I was just unhappy with the instructions on how to assemble it. So I reached out to them again and explain my frustration with this product. They then offered me another $750 of the sectional. At this point they are willing to give me half of my money back for the sectional which I paid over $1500 for I was just like no I would just like to get a full refund because as I continued to assemble the sectional. I was screwing in one of the screws into the spot like I'm supposed to then I started hearing cracking and I'm like why is it cracking like that? Well, I discover that the wood was cracking as I'm screwing in the screw and it happened twice, and I'm not using much force at all. Let's just say I was completely over it all and I will never buy another sectional from this company and to end it. They did give me a full refund and I was very much so grateful because that sectional wasn't worth the money I spent.
