Disappointed

Sturdy but missing important parts. This was a shipped gift and after they spent hours putting 2 of them mostly together, they realized they are missing 2 important screws to hold on the back of each chair. When they called Walmart they were told to return them, which was not a practical solution for them as they are not physically capable. Then they were told I would get a $25 refund for the missing parts, but what I got was an email giving me $25 off of a $45 order!
