I had misplaced the remote while putting fan together, and painting %26 having light/fan put up in my room, so I emailed them and told them I may need another remote. They got back to in record time, said no problem, take picture etc would get me another remote. I found the one I had misplaced. I honestly didn't believe real customer service was a thing anymore. Well these folks are great! I have an 8' ceiling, and I'm planning to add fans/lights to every room… I was at work when I wrote this but I can assure you my light looks great, and that little fan I thought its small %26 plastic, so I didn't expect much, I was wrong!!! Like I said I'm going to buy more, plus nothing to take apart to change a bulb!!! WINNER WINNER!!!
