Speediness and Quality

When I run out of my candles, I usually go to a store in my town to get the specific one that I want (usually buying 4 at a time). Lots and lots of times, they don't have my fragrance and I get miffed. I immediately go online to Yankee Candle and purchase my fragrance and receive it within a day or two. It is SO REFRESHING to know that there is someone out there who knows how important it is to have the fragrance you want and also the availability, meaning you can buy as many as you want, stocking up being the goal here. I always need my candles for medical reasons, to erase some odors in the room. Thank you SO VERY, VERY, VERY MUCH for ALWAYS having what I need, when I need it! YOU ROCK! A fan

Losing a loyal customer for no good reason

I am very disappointed that you have discontinued making "French Vanilla" votives. They were all I have used in my home for 33 years. And now, I am at a loss to find similar. I will not purchase these large jars again. So you have lost a loyal and true customer. Too bad.
