We love this popcorn machine.
Shipping damage is the only demerit it has. I was able to straighten out the sheet metal damage so we could have our popcorn just like at the movies. We love our popcorn machine, they sent out a new light bulb as soon as I emailed them and they credited me back some money for the damage in shipping. Hopefully yours will arrive undamaged so you can enjoy your popcorn as much as we do, we use it almost everyday. Suggest buying the popcorn packages the include the coconut oil, salt and popcorn, easy and it tastes great.

We're happy!
It is too new to judge accurately on durability. So far, we've only used it one day, but we certainly kept it busy that day. I think it will work well for our purposes. I really like that it is on a rolling cart and can easily be stored in the closet when not in use. Having storage in the cart for extra supplies was a big plus as well. The kids were all excited about our addition.
