The ATV itself is great. The problem is the rear axial was not in the box, therefore there was no way to put the rear tires on. I purchased this for my grandson's birthday. When I called Walmart, they sent the seller an email and said they will reach out within 48 hrs. Seller reached out and require a picture's be sent. The ATV is at my son's now. It's just been a big problem. We improvised with a piece of all thread to hold the tires on and now my son has to take it apart to send pictures. Not sure why Nexsan LLC thinks someone would lie just to get an extra piece. It was their mistake not including all the pieces, they should just send it.

I dislike this third party vendor particularly because They dont hold the same honor or obligation as Walmart policies and procedure. My needs and concerns havent been addressed or acknowledge in the time which their website and automated service agreed on. Delivery services were not honored by the seller ( package delivered 4days after ) Missing items damaged boxing. Just to many issues for a third party, I purchaes through Walmart for the Gurantee in Great service and experiences ive had prior. I will more than like Never recommend the seller or vendor Outside of Walmarts Brand.
