I have mobility issues and no longer able to twist around to clean myself so this was an absolute miracle when I found it! I use the adult wipes to wrap around the head and use it to clean myself after poo-ing. It works GREAT and I feel so clean afterwards! Worth every penny I spent on it. I bought enough to go in every bathroom in my home, one up at my workplace and I have one in my huge bag I take when I go out shopping/to eat/to the movies/ etc, because you just never know when that urge to go is gonna hit ya'! LOVE IT!!!!

This item will aid someone with difficulty in cleaning themselves. It is best used with adult assure wet wipes instead of toilet paper. It is easier and you simply roll it around the end and part of the length. Carefully unwrap and drop in small bagged trash can with sealing lid. Sometimes you may need to swipe four or five times with a clean sheet each time to thorough cleaning.
