It wasn't the hat that was the problem. It was the Fanatics. I bought 2 hats, yet only 1 was in the box. Called immediately and was told I would get a refund. Never did. Decided to return the hat that was delivered. I received the refund for that one and it took me almost 30 days to FINALLY get my money back for the unshipped hat! Customer service was nice but they never did what they said they were going to do. I got Walmart involved and they refunded me my money. Fanatics as a third party seller made me spend way too much time on a mistake that was theirs!
