This came with the box open on the bottom but did not effect the contents. The arm was broken off of it. the screws were out so thought I could email the company since they have their email address for service and parts in the assembly booklet. their email was no good. specifically researched something that could withstand weather. outside one night and rusty water was rolling on the table. also, this is very uncomfortable. the back is straight up. do not buy this item. it is junk.
