DON'T BUY, Save Yourself from the Nightmare

Delivery: It arrived in 2 boxes, approx. 4'x2'x1' each. Box 1 had only the plastic version of cardboard roofing panels. Box 2 had all the hardware, poles, connectors, etc. Packaging: Compact and well packed no damage to any of the materials, and that is why I gave it 1 star. That was the only thing they did well. Assembly: because of the package size everything had to be reinforced. It wasn't hard, just time consuming and tedious. I had it 90% put together after 4 hours of work, everything took so long, because I had to tediously put together tiny pieces to turn them into big pieces, then connect the big pieces together. BTW, there are no written instructions, only “step by step” pictures. Which should have been rearranged to put the legs first and then build from there. I went to put the next level in for the front legs, one of the last steps, and the back legs, held to the crossbar with only 4 screws and 1 layer of material, buckled and broke clean off. It ripped the screws through the single layer of aluminum. I should have known, there was way too much weight for 4 little screws to hold. When the front was lifted, they couldn't hold. Several panels popped out and the metal bent in several places. I walked away at that point. Reinforcement: I ended up having to get L brackets and metal self drilling roofing screws. I got 2 straight brackets for the opposing sides and used spacers to fill in the gaps. It really needs a 3rd leg in the middle of the back crossbar, so I used a 2x4 and wedged it into place. It still needs more support, so we used our small shed to hold the back corner leg in place. The roofing panels wouldn't stay in their center joining slots, even after putting the finishing brackets on the ends. Final thoughts: I don't know if this will hold through a wind storm or even keep our stuff dry. If this thing stays together thought the winter, I'll be surprised. What a waste of time, energy, and effort. I'm so disgusted with it I'd take it back in a heartbeat, if I didn't put so much time into it. Now, I just want to see if my handiwork will hold it together. Hopefully, they'll let me edit this so I can show pics later and update if it makes it through the winter.
