DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Walmart – This is completely unacceptable. I spent nearly two hours on the phone with your customer service on Monday, Sept 15, after receiving damaged items and one item that was clearly previously opened and missing parts. I spoke with a rep named Muhammad, who assured me I would be getting a full refund for the inconvenience. It's now days later, and still nothing. No refund. No follow-up. Just radio silence. To make matters worse, these are large items delivered to my new apartment in a city with no public transit, so returning them myself is not an option. This whole situation has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unprofessional. I held up my end as a paying customer — why can't Walmart do the same? Fix this NOW.
