The next best thing is to make it yourself!

This kataifi is delicious! It's chewy and crunchy when browned right. The texture is simply superb for making your own Dubai style chocolates and such. I love that it comes in 2 separate bags per pack. The portions sizes are great. We use one pack at a time. Since they have a good shelf life, we can store them in our dry area without worrying until the next batch. We bake and make our own treats a lot at home. The next best thing would only be making the dough and shredding it yourself. Really a great item.

This comes already chopped up. I bake mine at 350° for 15 minutes then stir %26 bake another 10-15 minutes until all pieces are a golden brown on a cookie sheet. I make the Dubai dark chocolate strawberry bowls. I have brought this item at least 4 times. $10 isnt a bad price. I recommend this item. I store mine in a vacuum sealed mason jar to keep it fresh %26 use it when I'm ready.
