Bags not in mint condition

The bags were advertised as in mint condition. 3 of the 5 bags had 1 to 1 ½ inch tears in the middle of the bag and the other 2 bags had 5 inch tears in the bags. The bags were what I wanted and of needed materials, but the tears made them of no use.
