Looks beautiful until it starts peeling

The fountain is beautiful, however, the first one was damaged. The whole bottom was broken off, I assume it may have been dropped during shipping. The second one seemed perfect until the paint started peeling off after the first week. I am very disappointed that a fountain that was so expensive would begin to look so bad so quickly. A neighbor even brought up how badly it was peeling.
