Reuzel Extreme Hold Matte Pomade 3.38 oz

Reuzel Extreme is the best pomade that I've found. It goes in smooth and absorbs very quickly. In the absence of heat and moisture firms it up faster then you'd expect. The colder it is the harder it becomes. In heat or in mid levels of moisture it does lose that hardness. Its not difficult to restyle throughout the day if needed and at the end of the day it's easy to wash out with just a few rinses with water or speed it up with shampoo if you want. Despite some of it's downsides it's the absolute best pomade that I've found for my modern pompadour style. For anyone that needs more info. Modern pompadours are a lot more jagged and loose and lean towards a matte sheen completly opposite to the old style. For that you need something strong and forgiving. I get my hair slightly damp and add a decent amount (about the size of a large grape) to get my style set. I blow dry just enough to reduce the moisture by a little more then half and use a hair pick to get lift then form the main structure by hand. Style is inspired by (David Martinez from Cyberpunk Edgerunners) I work a manual labor job and am in and out of cold areas all day. It easily lasts through the first half the day. I keep a the smaller sized canister and just use a small amount from it (about the size of a quarter) and a hair pick on me to restyle midway through my day to maintain my style till the end. On days off I almost never need to add more to restyle.
