It looks like a quality original lid. unfortunately I had to return it because it did not fit the pyrex dish I needed a lid for. But that is not the fault of Wal-Mart nor the manufacturer. That is on me not them. On a positive note, Walmart did give me a full refund, with which I was able to buy a correct lid.
