Beautiful and fairly easy to build!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first ever big building project and I'd have to say they made it fairly easy on me. All the pieces were labeled and everything was such good quality. I love how detailed this swingset was, and you could tell a lot of thought went into building it. They went above and beyond on safety precautions adding handles to pull up as you're going up the Rockwall and multiple boards to prevent kids from falling. I do wish they put all the screws in Ziploc bags, so I could zip them I struggled with screws falling out of bags! The color, the quality, the details, I'd HIGHLY recommend this playhouse!

Worth the trouble
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had planned on keeping track of how long this took to put together, but that went out the window after attempting to sort the pieces and my kids moving them! It took longer than expected. That was partially due to the kids “helping” throughout the process, pieces being faulty or missing, confusing directions, not having an extra set of hands, and lack of motivation/feeling defeated. Long story short, if you have the option to pay someone to put this together I'd strongly consider it. One of the boards was broken upon delivery. The box looked like the delivery person just pushed it out of the truck and said, “Good luck;” I was actually expecting more pieces to be broken. One of the screws was bent and unusable. We were also shorted multiple screws. I did not try to notify the company since we had some at home and could keep moving along in the building process. The fabric on the roof had a big hole where it wasn't sewn correctly; I'm afraid it will rip more in the wind but so far it's holding. After a couple days to allow myself to forget the troubles of building the swing-set and watching my kids enjoy it instead of being inside in front of the TV, I decided that it was worth it. It's not the biggest swing-set, but it offers quite a few fun options for its size. It would be a great option for a smaller yard. I wasn't sure my oldest would be impressed, but I was wrong and she's having a blast on it. It's a great addition at the perfect time of year! I might even make my husband move it to the barn for the winter months so the kids can get more use out of it.
