WORST PRODUCT EVER!

i was sent two different size wheels, so obviously it rolls lopsided. The welding was done sloppily and looks shoddy. One of the bars of the seat is sooooo obviously bent that it was only welded on one side of the bar itself and not the other side. In fact, ALL the welding SUCKS! The sewing inside the bag was not reinforced. This product was not inspected either. I'm not in the habit of writing bad reviews; but I felt that I had to. In my opinion, this product is dangerous and should not be used. This crap cost me over $68.00. I'm doubtful that if I send this back, I'll get a refund. What a disappointment.
