This does not mean that what you have received or what you are going to receive is wrong or incompatible, since every screen has more than 10 different but compatible part numbers. We only recommend purchasing items from us based on part number and photos. Ordering a part based on device model number may result in an incorrect item as the same machines are often manufactured to different specifications. Please ensure you know exactly what part you require. If you are unsure please message us and include your machine serial and model number in the message. Laptop models are not always sufficient for confirmation, so it would be very helpful if you could send us photos of your own factory product. This way we can make a visual confirmation and see the part numbers. We will make sure that everything complies. Also, the confirmation of the dimensions plays a key role in the completion of your order (you will find them in the photos of the product). The part number of your screen, might not be the same as the one that is on our screen but this is very common. Every panel has more than one compatible part numbers.
