This is a foam filled 9" x 3. 50-4" 8-1/2" x 3-1/4" Primo Grande knobby tire. Foam filled tires are Primo pneumatic tires filled with urethane foam. This tire will replace a standard tire on most same size split rim 2 piece wheels. Foam filled tires never flatten and are smooth riding. The bead to bead width is 2. 30" and the tread pattern is C203. Maximum rider weight is 250 lbs. New Solutions offers the largest wheelchair/scooter parts.
