Product did not perform!

This game is an old favorite, but highly disappointed that this release did not play on my system! Even after previewing system requirements before purchase! The technical support was weak from the parent site, not offering viable support, solutions, or patches addressing potential issues! While this could be premature due to such a new release, after such a delay in this newest release, one would expect the software to be more debugged and friendly across most current PC platforms! Am holding out optimistically that patches will be released, but in the interim.......have not been able to play the game!
