Essential for older adults who take multiple pills

Great product, easy to use, and is essential for older adults who must remember to take multiple pills at different times of the day. I bought this medicine organizer for my mother-in-law who is beginning to have trouble remembering whether or not she has taken all of her pills. She loves this pill organizer. It has made it easy for her to keep on tract with her medication. And, it only has to be refilled once a month or when her prescriptions change. Tip. So that my mother-in-law always has a list of medications she takes available, we taped each prescribed pill to a piece of card board and then wrote the name of the pill, what it was prescribed for, and the dosage under each pill. The pill legend board goes with my mother-in-law to her various doctors' appointments and on occasion goes with her to the hospital.

just what i needed

They thought of everything to keep a person organized with pills and vitamins. It is a small chore to put in all the pills for one month, but well worth the time. No more wondering if a pill was taken and no need to search for the vitamin or pill bottles every day. I have taken the individual "day" containers with me on vacation, which is a real convenience. I do have trouble opening the lids and sometimes use a utensil to push up the tab instead of my finger. But that is good, as the pills stay secure with the lids. By flipping over the daily pill box to the opposite color, you also know the date...an added feature for those who are retired LOL. I have found that the larger sized vitamins fit well into the compartments...you can put in at least 4 extra large capsules into the daily compartment areas. The daily compartment areas are labeled for morning, noon, evening, and night. I fit 8 pills and vitamins into my evening section.
