Awesome Baking Pan!
I bought this pan about a month ago and it's become an instant favorite. Its heat retention is amazing and the matt black enameling inside the pan browns food perfectly. I own several of the competing brand of enameled cast iron pans and I think Staub is setting a higher standard.

The sleek graphite grey color is sure to impress as it makes its way from oven to table. Individual servings will never look (and stay) so hot in this cast iron baking dish.
