Miscommunications, yet quick delivery

I ordered this item and was not aware that it would be shipped in two different shippings. The order arrived early which made me happy; however it has been a confusing experience. There should have been a vendor's name on the box and or the order number. We have not put it together yet so I'm not sure how it looks or rather assembly is easy or what the quality of the product is like. I purchased it because of a need and the price fit my budget. Communication was not what I expected as I thought I was being scammed. This was a gift to my son and they refused to deliver it to his place so I had it delivered to my address and now we have to make another trip to get him the second box.
